Moving within Hasselt or coming to live here? We clean the home you're leaving and the one you're moving into, so all you have to do is unpack.
A move is busy enough without scrubbing an oven on the final evening. We take over the part that costs the most time and is the least enjoyable, and make sure you have photos on request in case your landlord asks questions afterwards.
You don't need to be there
A key arrangement is enough. Many clients have already left when we come.
Fixed price for the property
Agreed in advance, even if it takes longer than expected.
Photos on request
For the inspection, or simply for peace of mind.
The new home too
Cleaned before your furniture goes in, cupboards included.
Already have a moving date? We move fast, even on short notice.
Date and property type
Flat or house, and whether garage and cellar are included.
We come once it's empty
Right after the move out or just before handover.
Photos on request
So you have them when the inspection happens.
"We were already unpacking in the new house while they did the old one. Ideal."
"I really couldn't face the oven. They sorted it in an afternoon."
"New home cleaned before our furniture went in. Inside the cupboards too."
No. Most clients give us the key or leave it with a neighbour or the agent. You get photos on request, so you see exactly what was done.
It depends on the property type and what's included. We give you a fixed price in advance, so there's no surprise at a moment when you already have plenty of costs.
Yes, mention it when you enquire. Almost every Hasselt home has one, and whether it's included changes the price.
That's your landlord's decision and we can't guarantee it. What we do give you is photos of the result on request, so you have something to show if a dispute arises.
Usually within a week. If you're tight between two contracts, call rather than email and we'll see what can shift.
Yes, and it's worth doing before your furniture arrives. Cupboards inside, bathroom and kitchen are all still easy to reach then.

The part of a move that costs the most time is rarely the carrying. It's the oven, the shower screen and the insides of cupboards, exactly when you've already been packing for days. We take that over for a fixed price, and you get photos of the result on request in case questions come later about the state you left the property in.
